The information Museqora collects depends on how you use the service.

Museqora may use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

This may include using information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, operate artist channels, publish and stream music, maintain libraries and playlists, process artist credits and purchases, provide customer support, communicate with users, detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and protect Museqora and its users.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how Museqora is being used and to improve the platform.

If you create a Museqora account, we use account information to authenticate you, provide account features, maintain your settings, and associate your activity with your account.

Certain information associated with public artist channels is intended to be publicly visible. This may include an artist or project name, biography, profile image, genre, country, published releases, and other information that the artist chooses to make part of the public channel.

Do not include information in a public artist profile that you do not want displayed publicly.

Artist accounts may upload music, artwork, profile images, release information, and related content to Museqora.

Information and content that you choose to publish may become publicly accessible through the service. Public music may be streamed by people who do not have a Museqora account.

Museqora may process and store uploaded content as necessary to host, deliver, display, stream, moderate, secure, and operate the service in accordance with our Terms.

Museqora may offer paid products or services, including upload credits for artists.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. Museqora does not directly store your complete payment-card number or card security code. Payment providers may collect and process payment and billing information according to their own privacy policies.

Museqora may receive information associated with a transaction, such as payment status, transaction or customer identifiers, amounts, currency, purchased products or credits, and other information necessary to record and support the transaction.

If you sign up for the Museqora newsletter, we collect the email address you provide and information associated with your subscription.

We may use that email address to send Museqora news, platform updates, new feature announcements, artist-related updates, promotions, and similar communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent Museqora from sending important transactional, security, legal, or account-related messages when necessary.

Museqora relies on third-party companies and infrastructure providers to operate parts of the service.

These providers may process information on our behalf for services such as database hosting, authentication, file and media storage, content delivery, website hosting, payment processing, transactional email, security, and related infrastructure.

Depending on the feature being used, Museqora's service providers may include companies such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe, and email delivery providers.

These companies process information subject to their own terms, privacy practices, and agreements with Museqora, as applicable.

Museqora may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the service.

We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; to investigate fraud, abuse, infringement, or security issues; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Museqora, our users, or others.

Some information may remain in backups, security records, transaction records, or other records for a period of time after account or content deletion when reasonably necessary or legally required.

However, no website, application, network, database, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should also take reasonable steps to protect their accounts and sign-in credentials.

You may also update certain account information through Museqora where those controls are available and may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.
