By accessing or using Museqora, creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Museqora.

Certain features or services may be subject to additional rules, policies, purchase terms, or disclosures presented when you use those features. Those additional terms form part of your agreement with Museqora where applicable.

Museqora is a music streaming and discovery platform where listeners can discover music and eligible creators can establish artist channels and publish finished music.

Museqora is not an AI music generation service. Creators may use third-party tools, software, instruments, recording equipment, artificial intelligence systems, or other technologies to create their work.

Museqora may add, modify, restrict, discontinue, or replace features as the service evolves.

Some Museqora features may be used without an account, while other features require registration.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

You may not sell, transfer, impersonate another person through, or misuse a Museqora account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Museqora promptly.

Artist accounts provide access to creator features such as artist channels, music uploads, releases, upload credits, and related tools.

A creator may operate multiple artist identities or projects where supported by Museqora.

You are responsible for the information, representations, content, and activity associated with artist channels under your control.

Artist names, descriptions, images, and other channel information must not unlawfully impersonate another person, artist, organization, or brand or violate the rights of others.

You may upload content to Museqora only when you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary to upload, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that content through the service.

This requirement applies to all material you provide, including music, sound recordings, compositions, samples, vocals, lyrics, artwork, photographs, logos, artist names, descriptions, and other uploaded material.

You are responsible for determining whether you have the rights necessary to use material created by you, obtained from another person, licensed from a third party, or generated or assisted by an artificial intelligence service.

As between you and Museqora, you retain the ownership rights that you hold in content you upload to the service.

Uploading content to Museqora does not by itself transfer ownership of that content to Museqora.

You represent that you have sufficient rights and authority to provide the content and grant the permissions described in these Terms.

By uploading or publishing content through Museqora, you grant Museqora a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, stream, display, distribute, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, promote, and improve the Museqora service.

This license allows Museqora to make published music available to listeners, display artist and release information, deliver media through technical service providers, create technical copies or formats needed to operate the platform, and display content within Museqora features.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Museqora.

The license continues for as long as your content is available through Museqora and for a reasonable period afterward where copies remain in backups, caches, security systems, legal records, or other systems used to operate the service, subject to applicable law.

Museqora does not permit users to upload music or other material that infringes the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

If Museqora receives a valid complaint or otherwise determines that content may violate these Terms or applicable law, Museqora may restrict access to or remove that content.

Repeated or serious infringement may result in additional action against the account, including suspension or termination.

If you believe material available through Museqora infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, contact Museqora with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and the basis of your claim.

Museqora welcomes eligible AI-created, AI-assisted, and traditionally created music.

The use of artificial intelligence does not remove your responsibility to ensure that you have the rights necessary to publish the resulting content.

When Museqora requests information about AI tools or other technologies used in the creation of a release, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.

If no AI tool was used and an applicable field requires an answer, you may identify that field as "None" where instructed.

Museqora does not guarantee that content generated through any third-party AI service is copyrightable, non-infringing, or eligible for any particular form of intellectual-property protection.

You may not use Museqora to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with the service, violate another person's rights, or misuse Museqora systems or features.

Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• Uploading material you do not have the right to publish.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Impersonating another person, artist, company, or organization in a deceptive or unlawful manner.
• Providing materially false or misleading information about your identity, content, ownership, or rights.
• Attempting to bypass security, authentication, payment, credit, usage, or access controls.
• Using automated systems to manipulate plays, likes, follows, rankings, engagement, or other platform metrics.
• Introducing malware, malicious code, or other material intended to damage, disrupt, or compromise the service.
• Scraping, extracting, or accessing Museqora or its content through unauthorized automated means.
• Using Museqora in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Museqora may establish additional content and community rules as the platform develops.

Certain artist publishing features require Museqora upload credits.

Credits may be purchased in packages made available through Museqora. Purchased credits are added to the applicable artist account balance.

When a credit is used to complete an eligible music upload and publication, that credit is considered consumed.

Credits are associated with Museqora services and are not cash, currency, bank deposits, or stored monetary value. Credits may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash unless Museqora expressly permits otherwise or applicable law requires it.

Prices and available purchase options are displayed at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

Suspension or termination of an account for violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund for credits, purchases, or other amounts previously paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Museqora reserves the right to review, restrict, disable access to, reject, or remove content when Museqora reasonably determines that action is appropriate.

Reasons may include suspected violations of these Terms, copyright or other intellectual-property complaints, unlawful material, security concerns, fraud, abuse, technical requirements, or other conduct that may harm Museqora, its users, service providers, or third parties.

Museqora is not obligated to host or continue distributing any particular content indefinitely.

Museqora may restrict features, suspend access, remove content, or terminate an account if Museqora reasonably determines that the account or its activity violates these Terms, creates risk or potential liability, threatens the security or operation of the service, or violates applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, including serious or repeated violations, Museqora may take action without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Termination does not entitle a user to reimbursement for consumed upload credits, and purchases remain subject to the refund provisions of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after your access to Museqora ends.

Museqora is an evolving service. Features, functionality, content availability, pricing, credit packages, technical requirements, and other aspects of the service may change over time.

Museqora does not guarantee that every feature or item of content will remain available indefinitely or that the service will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.

Museqora may perform maintenance, update systems, modify functionality, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Museqora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Museqora does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that content made available by users will be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Museqora does not provide legal advice and does not determine whether a creator's music qualifies for copyright protection. Creators are responsible for understanding the rights associated with the content and tools they use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Museqora and its owners, operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses relating to data, content, revenue, profits, business opportunities, reputation, or unauthorized access to or alteration of content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Museqora and its owners, operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of another person's rights.

Museqora may update these Terms as the platform, features, business practices, or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Additional notice may be provided when appropriate or required by law.

Your continued use of Museqora after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
